Traces of watercolor and graphite are visible in the margins. Inscriptions appear on the reverse. The Rhône arch stands on a square in the Trinquetaille district, in the middle of the urban fabric. This quadrifon arch is composed of a semicircular arch flanked on either side by two engaged columns with Corinthian capitals. The whole is surmounted by an attic and a bronze sculpted group depicting a figure on a quadriga. Characters and chariots circulate nearby.
