The scene is seen from the second floor of a building. People are walking along a cobblestone path. They are sometimes loaded with bundles, sometimes depicted carrying goods, on mules or in carts. Below, on the left of the drawing, the stores are sheltered under a portico. Numerous figures come to collect foodstuffs, which they store in amphorae or baskets.
