Aerial view of Maison du Paon, rue de la cour, Vasio (Vaison-la-Romaine). The drawing is in landscape format. It is organized within a frame drawn in ink. Traces of watercolor, ink and graphite are visible in the margins. Inscriptions appear on the reverse.
The drawing shows part of the Peacock House, accessed via two entrances at either end of a courtyard with a long pool. A building separates it from a second courtyard. This courtyard is lined with porticoes, and a small quadrangular pool is attached to one of the porticoes.
