Frontal view of the procession on the Nile and the Ousirhat ship at Thebes (Louqsor). The drawing is in landscape format. It is framed in ink. Inscriptions and traces of watercolor are visible in the margins. Traces of watercolor appear on the reverse.
The scene depicts the Opet festival on the Nile. Two boats, the boat of Amun towed by the royal boat, leave the landing stage of the temple of Amun at Karnak, to the acclaim of the crowd on the quayside.
