Frontal view of a humid desert landscape. The drawing is in landscape format. It is organized within a frame drawn in ink. Traces of watercolor are visible in the margins. Inscriptions appear on the reverse.
In a desert, where only a few small trees manage to grow, a pond takes its place. It is used to quench the thirst of wild animals, such as a lion and a lioness.
