Aerial view of the house of Loreius Tiburtinus or Octavius Quartio in Pompeii. The drawing is in portrait format. It is arranged within an ink frame, of which only the upper margin exists. Inscriptions appear on the reverse.
The villa was built within an enclosure. A gate in the lower part of the drawing gives access to an immense rectangular garden, planted with trees and embellished with ponds and pergolas. The domus is visible in the upper part of the drawing. On the left is the atrium, on the right the peristyle.
