Aerial view of the Hillère settlement in Montmaurin in medieval times. The drawing is in landscape format. It is framed in ink. Traces of watercolor and black ink are visible in the margins. Inscriptions appear on the reverse.
The plant is shown front and center. In front, a stream, the Save, feeds an oval basin, around which a cemetery (?) develops, framed on the right and left by two chapels. The outbuildings extend to the right, including a well, a drinking trough, stables, a paddock and an orchard. A lane runs along the rear of the property.
