Access to the temple, dedicated to the Nubian god Mandoulis, is via a tribune and quay immersed in the Nile. A double enclosure protects the building. The temple opens with a pylon that gives access to a courtyard bordered by a portico. A hypostyle hall leads to the sanctuary, composed of several covered rooms. The edifice is flanked on the left by secondary buildings, warehouses and stores.
