The settlement is organized along a river, visible in the lower part of the drawing. It is surrounded by a semicircular enclosure, pierced by three gates and composed of an embankment topped by a palisade. The modest dwellings and craftsmen’s workshops are located on either side of a canal that runs through the camp. The port is on the banks, with boats moored along the quays.
