Aerial view of the Barbegal mill in Fontvieille. The drawing is in portrait format. It is organized within a frame drawn in ink. Traces of watercolor and inscriptions are visible in the margins.
The mill is built into the hillside. The sixteen masonry milling chambers are arranged on either side of a central staircase. They feature a stream-fed paddle wheel. Donkeys help transport the goods.
