The harbor and its roadstead are set in a natural cove. The entrance to the channel is visible on the right, between two square-section towers. A lighthouse marks its position. The harbor is protected by a fortified enclosure with battlements and towers. Boats are moored on the quays. Cargoes are ready to be loaded onto ships. Amphorae and blocks of stone can be seen. The rectangular buildings on the right represent warehouses.
