Aerial view of the Andesina sanctuary (Grand). The drawing is in landscape format and has no frame. An empty frame is glued to the lower part of the drawing. The reverse side features inscriptions.
A circular path delimits the entire sacred space. In the foreground, an amphitheater is set along a thoroughfare that leads to a monumental doorway, giving access to the sanctuary. The sanctuary is set within a fortified enclosure of circular towers. At the center of a quadrangular portico are two temples, one dedicated to Apollo Grannus, and a column. Figures gather around a spring. Between the rampart and the left side of the portico are the thermal baths, from which white smoke billows. On the adjacent side of the portico is the basilica. The fortifications are surrounded by residential areas.
