Presentation :

Aerial view of the Alalia forum (Aléria). The drawing is in portrait format. It is arranged within a frame drawn in ink. Traces of watercolor, inscriptions and an arrow are visible in the margins.
The city forum occupies the central part of the drawing. It comprises a square, temples and a colonnaded portico. Housing is built around it and inside a fortified enclosure, visible in the upper right-hand corner. The peristyles of four domus can be seen.
