Front view of the Aïn Asil pottery kilns. The drawing is in landscape format. It is organized within a frame drawn in ink. Traces of watercolor and inscriptions are visible in the margins. Inscriptions appear on the reverse.
In the center of the drawing are several potters’ kilns. One of them is in operation, emitting black smoke. Two men are rekindling its hearth. To the left, another man is assembling a variety of pottery: vase, jug, beaker, amphora. This is a restitution.
