Aerial view of the Aïn Argoub wine factory in the 3rd-4th c. The drawing is in landscape format. It is arranged within a frame drawn in ink. Inscriptions are visible in the margins. Inscriptions can be seen on the reverse.
The wine factory is on the left-hand side of the drawing. Presses and crushers alternate on three of the four sides of the building. The fourth side of the building is occupied by the cellars, where amphorae and dolia are stored. The dwelling and stables are on the other side of the courtyard. In the lower right-hand corner, farmhands have harvested the grapes and are sorting them.
