Aerial view of the Abu Roach pyramid. The drawing is in landscape format. It is organized within a frame drawn in ink. Traces of watercolor and inscriptions are visible in the margins. Inscriptions appear on the reverse.
In the middle of the desert, on a rocky plateau, stands the pyramid of Djed -ef-Rê. The funerary complex is set within a quadrangular enclosure wall. It is flanked at the front by a funerary temple and a solar bark pit. Alongside the enclosure is a satellite pyramid. A long access road leads up to the monument. In the distance, a verdant plain unfolds.
